Piquant Malaga Sauce - for fondues etc. (Gene Watkinson) | ||
2 eggs – hard-boiled 2 eggs 2 oz sultanas 1 tbsp clear honey | 1 tsp ground black pepper ¼ pint olive oil 3 tbsp wine vinegar | ½ tsp Cayenne pepper 4 oz chopped almonds 3 tbsp tomato ketchup |
Serve with grilled fish, kebabs or meat fondues. |
