BUTTER ICING 2 oz fresh butter 3 ½ oz icing sugar ½ tbsp coffee essence | GLACÉ ICING ½ lb icing sugar About 2 tbsp warm water ½ tsp coffee essence | |
Sieve the icing sugar into a bowl. Add tepid water, flavouring and colouring if desired. Mix to a coating consistency. Beat until smooth and glossy. |
