Liver Cutlets (Delma Gomes)
Calf’s liver
1 cup hot water
Breadcrumbs

1 egg
Lemon
Parsley

Butter
Flour

  1. Trim the liver into cutlet shapes.
  2. Dip in flour, then in beaten egg, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  3. Melt some butter in a frying pan and cook the liver until brown.
  4. Arrange cutlets on a hot dish and pour over some melted butter, sprinkle with chopped parsley and garnish with lemon.
