Fish Puffs (Delma Gomes)
2 cups fish – salmon or other
2 cups chopped cheese
3 egg – yolks and whites

1 can mushroom soup
2 cups breadcrumbs

  1. Combine in a pot the cheese and mushroom soup. Cook until the cheese melts.
  2. Add the egg yolks one at a time, followed by the breadcrumbs and fish. Fold in the beaten egg whites.
  3. Bake in soufflé moulds.
