Ingredients: 1 lb beef cut cross-grain into thin slices 1 green pepper – cut into squares 1 red pepper– cut into squares 1 onion – sliced lengthwise 2 tbsp vegetable oil ½ tbsp brown sugar ¼ cup water | Season with: 1 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp sherry 1 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 hot pepper – finely chopped 1 clove garlic |
